Our History

The Brown Forum for Enterprise takes its genesis from the Brown Venture Forum, an entity formed in 1984 by William Jackson, then President of the Brown University Research Foundation, together with a core of local sponsoring organizations. Twenty years of BVF programs have provided the foundation from which to launch a new program of events for the 2004-05 season of the Brown Forum for Enterprise.
