SPECIAL REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR NUWC TOUR AND EVENT

 

NUWC Security requires a Visit Authorization Request well in advance in order for each individual to attend this event and take the tour at 5pm prior to the event. We ask you to please fill out this form and send it to the Brown Forum for Enterprise before JANUARY 4th. The information you provide on this form is kept completely confidential and is sent directly to NUWC Security. You will not be able to attend the event without sending in the form to us with all fields completed. Once we receive your form via fax or by mail, we will send you an email confirming that you have successfully registered for this event.
