Brown University
Barus & Holley Room 166
6:00-8:00pm (networking reception to follow)
Business ventures in all phases are faced with the challenge of building a team to direct the company strategy and outline its goals. Team building may involve the careful hiring of a formal CEO and board of directors, or for startups may involve building a strong advisory board to help move the company forward. At any stage of business, it is important to attract people who will add value by providing ideas, knowledge, skill, contacts, and referrals. This panel will address the importance of the management team and how to recruit the right people.
Host: Tobias Lederberg, Burns & Levinson LLP
