Angel investors are an increasingly important source of financing for young companies, especially as venture capitalists focus on funding more mature businesses. So how do you find angel investors and, once you find them, how do you attract their capital? In this Forum, you'll gain insight into the current state of angel investing and hear top hot buttons to maximizing your chances for success. Paul has led Finale Desserterie & Bakery from concept to business plan to prototype to growing restaurant chain. Finale has four locations in Boston, Cambridge, Brookline and Natick Massachusetts, with a fifth location planned in Boston's North End in early 2009. Paul has successfully raised over $5 million in equity and debt capital from angel investors to support the company's growth plans.
